ingredients: base: chocolate biscuits 2 tablespoon sugar butter(melted) filling 3 large eggs 400g cream cheese 250g sour cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/vanilla sugar blueberry jam preparation. base: hancurkan chocolate biscuits.then mix with sket melted butter + sugar with your hand. and then tekankan kat dlm spring form pan. masokkan dlm fridge skejap until it become stiffen. atau nak bakar jap dlm oven pon leh..dlm 5-7 minit. filling. pukul cream cheese ngan mixer. then sudah kembang add sugar.pukul agy smpai kembang. masokkan vanilla essence.after dat masukkan sour cream. then mix them together..lepas tu.. masukkan lak telur.. tapi satu persatu..tunggu until satu telur tu tol2 sebati baru masukkan agy satu telur. mix smpai2 tol2 creamy.. sapu spring form pan dengan butter supaya jgn lekat. masukkan mixture tadi dalam loyang tu.ade 2 cara leh bakar..direct atau by using waterbath.actually guna water bath nak avoid cheese cake dari cracked and overheat kat surface die..senang je cara nak guna water bath.. isi kan satu dulang(yang tahan panas) dengan air.. masukkan spring form pan dlm dulang yang da isi air tu.. then masokkan dlm oven suhu dalam 170-180 'c.bakar dlm 40-45 minute. after dat,sejukkan cheese cake kat suhu bilik..bile da sejuk..run your knife at the peripheral of da cake.. nak bagi senang kuarkan cake tu dari loyang...then bile da kuar..masokkan dlm fridge.. sejuk2 lagi sedap.dlm 4-5 jam..leh la sapu jam atas cake then decorate it with ur own creativity..hehe... nak sapu ngan chocolate pon leh kalo minat chocolate...hehe.. i love kiwi..hehe |
